How we collect your information
You can visit our website without providing any personal information, however data such as your IP addresses, information about your visit and how you use our website may be collected automatically by Google Analytics and other statistical reporting tools that we use.
You may provide us with information by corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise as indicated on the website.
Occasionally, Bhuler Design hosts an event. If you are invited, you will be asked to confirm your name and the company you are representing. You may be provided with a name badge, if appropriate for the event.
There may be photographers to create a record of the event which may be used on our social media sites and publications. Should that be the case, you will be informed beforehand and able to indicate if you do not wish your photograph to be taken.

Bhuler Design undertakes reasonable technical and organisational precautions to ensure that your personal information is treated securely. We store all personal information you provide on our secure servers or protected third-party cloud systems.
We also have the following protocols to ensure your data is kept safely:

- Vulnerability testing is undertaken on all computers, tablets and mobile devices to ensure that no known issues exist that would allow applications to be hijacked;
- We maintain installed software with regular updates and patches, keeping up-to-date with any application security issues;

- All work computers are installed with antivirus and anti-ransomware services;
- We utilise approved cloud-systems to backup data.
In the case of a data breach
If it becomes apparent that a potential data breach has occurred, Bhuler Design will endeavour to report this to the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) within 72 hours of our becoming aware.
This will be the case if the data breach is likely to result in damage to a person’s reputation, financial loss, loss of confidentiality, or major financial or social disadvantage.
If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subject, Bhuler Design will also contact the data subject without undue delay.
